The SEP/Film/Screen/Vector/Digitization/Color Separation costs are associated with first-time new artwork setup, but customers do not pay those fees on re-orders. 

Re-screening fees would apply, if customers re-order after one calendar year. 

Standard INK Pantone Colors are $40/each on New Artwork Orders, and are $20/each on subsequent re-orders.

Standard THREAD Pantone Colors are $20/each on New Artwork Orders, and are $10/each on subsequent re-orders.

Standard turnaround time is two weeks. Orders required sooner may incur a rush fee. 

Spoilage allowance is 3% on Customer Provided Goods, which is the Industry Standard.

Please be aware of the sales tax charge. If you can provide us with your 2022 “Sales and Use TAX CERTIFICATE” or some other form of tax waiver, we will remove that line item. 

If you wish to proceed, we do require 60% down as deposit, and the final 40% is due upon completion of your project, at the point of either pickup or delivery. 

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE US WAIT A SUBSTANTIALLY LONG TIME FOR FINAL PAYMENT. THIS IS HOW WE FEED OUR FAMILIES. 

Customers may pay by Cash, Check (make out to: FAT ENZO), Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Bitcoin or other Crypto-Currencies. We do not accept lies, excuses or apologies when it comes to payment, however. Or PayPal.
